Rhonda has been in some form of holistic health for over 40 years. She enjoys supporting people who want to explore their potential for a deeper experience of health and inner peace in their lives.

As our needs are constantly changing, we must learn flexibility and ease so that we can function optimally in a wide variety of situations and challenges. If we are well nourished, open hearted, have courageous spirits and able bodies, we can build a strong foundation of health from within. We can become self sufficient, secure, able to make right choices for ourselves and live fulfilling and creative lives. We can have a good relationship with ourselves, our families and be a contributing member of our communities."
